Charlie and our brother, Kevin and their mother, Becky, all stuck a knife in my back and twisted it really hard. What they did to me was downright dirty and unforgivable. They deserve to be paid back for what they did to me. I am paying them back. This is their payment!

I tried to avoid this. I tried going about this other ways. No one would listen to me. I tired talking to Charlie about what Kevin and their mother did to me. Charlie didn’t care. Charlie stuck up for them. Charlie wouldn’t listen. No one would listen to me.

Charlie owns and operates Kihn Heating & Cooling in Mt. Pleasant. I recently learned that Charlie tried to screw over one of our nephews. Our nephew gave Charlie $4,000 to do some work. Charlie got the money and never went back. But he did go back after about a year and a half and only after our nephew threatened him with a lawsuit.

But, Charlie himself did not even come back to do the work. Charlie is a coward. Charlie did not even have the balls to face our nephew after he tried to screw him. Instead, Charlie sent his dumb ass girlfriend. I don’t really know her but I have talked to her before. She did not exactly strike me as the brightest crayon in the box. At least the work got done. I’ve installed furnaces before. It’s really not that difficult. Her doing that is not impressive. Well, maybe impressive for her because she’s so stupid.

Uncle Charlie may be ok with screwing over our nephew but that shit don’t fly with me. I will stick up for my nephews and nieces just as I would my own kids.

After I learned this I decided to do some surfing. And what did I find? Ten (10), yes, 10, negative reviews for Charlie and his business. In these negative reviews, Charlie’s customers talk about how Charlie had taken their money and never went back to the job. They talk about how Charlie’s work is shitty. They talk about how they had to hire another company to fix Charlie’s mistakes. They talk about how they had to threaten to sue him and take him to court. I’m not lying. All those negative reviews are real and attached to this post. This is 10 negative reviews too many. 11 counting our nephew. I finally found something I can work with. I have two girls. In a family chat room, Charlie had sent my girls a message telling them something to the effect that he would “tell them all about me” or something to that effect. I don’t remember the exact words. I did see it. It wasn’t nice. Charlie attempted sabotage of my relationship with girls with bullshit no doubt. That is also crossing the line. My own brother tried to sabotage my relationship with my kids. Can you believe that? And I have never done anything wrong to Charlie, ever. I don’t even owe him money. My own fucking brother did that to me. That’s just a straight up piece of shit! And in this family chat room not one member of my family said anything like maybe, “Hey, Charlie, don’t say that shit!” Nope! Not one! They didn’t give a shit! One side of my family put a knife in my back and the other side doesn’t give a shit.

That brings us to Kevin. At one time, a few years ago, I was living with Kevin for a bit. Back then child support was killing me and I could barely afford to pay attention so I ended up owing Kevin money. Kevin and I got into an argument about it one day and he kicked me out. Ok. Not a big deal. This was my own fault. Owing him money I probably deserved it? As I left I had talked to him about it and thought that we had come to an agreement that I would pay him what I owed as soon as I could. Kevin was in agreement. Things seemed cool. I left but I still had some things there that I would have to go back again to get.

I went back to get those things. I arrived at Kevin’s place and he was not there yet. Kevin and Charlie’s mother was already there. I had a friend with me. Kevin showed up and when he got out of his car began to yell at me and told me that I could not get my stuff. Then Kevin came at me and pushed me. I fell back a little, got my balance, Kevin came at me again, I swung at Kevin, in self defense, only once (that is an important detail). My fist connected to Kevin’s lower left lip corner and split it open with a vertical cut. There was a lot of blood. I hit him hard.

Kevin started the fight and I finished it. After I hit him I left and went home. About two hours later I had the State Police knocking at my door and arresting me for domestic violence. I was falsely accused, falsely charged and falsely convicted. Kevin and Charlie’s mother was listed as a witness so that means that she also lied. The person that was with me was never talked to. I don’t know why?

I have attached the Prosecutor’s Motion for this case which includes Kevin’s version of what had happened.

Kevin claims that I hit him, he fell backwards and I continued to hit him and his only injury was 14 stitches. You don’t even need to be a doctor to know that 14 stitches is not a very big cut. But I did ask an actual doctor myself how big of a cut 14 stitches would cover. The doctor told me roughly about 1 to 2 inches or so. Coincidently, those 14 stitches are roughly about the same size as Kevin’s left lower lip corner.

So, if I hit Kevin multiple times where are the other cuts and bruises that he most certainly would have obtained from getting hit multiple times? If those injuries existed they would have been listed. They are not listed because he didn’t have those injuries because he didn’t get hit multiple times. How does a person get hit multiple times and end up with only one injury? How is that even possible? It’s slightly possible but very, highly unlikely.

Kevin lied and he was able to get away with it because Kevin had a “witness”, his mother. This woman, my “step-mother”, a woman that I have literally known longer than Kevin has been alive, a woman that claimed to “love” me, flat out lied about me and put me in jail. She did that because I am not blood. If it would have been Kevin and Charlie in the fight the cops would have never been called.

I had an attorney for this but I got fucked really bad. I had Dwight Carpenter but I can’t completely blame him. At one time Dwight was very good. Back in the 90’s I used Dwight. He was good. He saved me from some trouble so I used him again. This time, I didn’t realize it at the time but Dwight was in severe mental decline. I don’t think he even realized it? I’m not just making crazy excuses. This mental decline is probably part of the reason that Dwight is dead now?

I actually didn’t even see the Prosecutor’s Motion until after everything was over. At first, I didn’t even know what Kevin was claiming. By the end and by the time I realized all the deception there was really nothing that I could do anymore that I knew of. I couldn’t afford to hire another attorney.

The Judge for this case was Eric Janes of the Isabella Trial Court. He is still there and he is one stupid mother fucker! As soon as this case hit that judge’s desk it should have been dismissed and Kevin and his mother arrested for filing a false police report and charged with fraud.

How does this stupid fucking judge have no fucking common sense? That’s all this really takes is a little bit of common sense. No one gets hit multiple times and ends up with only one injury. So, y’all got this clown judge there with no fucking common sense deciding the fate of people. I think this asshole deserves to have his lip spilt maybe it would knock some fucking common sense into the stupid mother fucker! This is just my opinion.

Kevin never did let me go back and get the rest of my stuff. It was just mostly odds and ends. Nothing of significant importance or value other than my collection of swords. I had a large collection of swords that I had about $6,500 invested into. Kevin would not let me go back and get them. Kevin has made no attempt to even return them to me. Kevin still has them, unless he sold them. So, basically, Kevin stole them from me.

Kevin lied and got a judgment for $1,647.96. That is basically stealing money from me. Then Kevin refuses to give back my $6,500 collection of swords. So, there is another $6,500 that Kevin stole from me. That is $8,147.96 total. That is $8,147.96 that Kevin stole from me.

But to worsen this up even more for me, Kevin told my girl’s mother about it. And my girl’s mother would use anything she could, even made up lies, to make me the bad guy and turn my girls against me and she succeeded. Baby mama latched onto this real quick! Like a baby on a titty! Kevin knowingly lied to my girl’s mother about this knowing very well that she would use it against me. And she did. I have the text of her bringing it up. Even Kevin was trying to sabotage my relationship with my girls.

Charlie, I told you a long time ago that I would build you a website. Here it is! And because you’re my brother I won’t even charge you for it. You get the "Family Discount"! What ya think? You like it? Once I tweak the SEO (Search Engine Optimization) the site will migrate into the heating and cooling search results quicker allowing people to find you and to know not to hire you.

The only way you can combat this is by building a new website with the domain kihnheatingandcooling.com. But wait, you can’t! I own that name too! I’m not going to do anything with it. Just sit on it so you can’t use it. You could always use a .org, .net, .us or there are several other choices. But none will have the same effect as .com. You’re fucked!

Charlie. What did I really do to deserve what you three did to me? I’ll tell you! Nothing! Absolutely fucking nothing! I owed Kevin a few hundred for some rent. That is literally the extent of it. You attempt sabotage of my relationship with my girls. You lie and put me in jail. All for just a few hundred dollars that I told Kevin that I would pay. Now you are going to pay!
